Kylie Corwin (b. 1996, she/her), from Long Island, is a photographer, designer, and poet based between Edinburgh, Scotland and New York, USA.
Her intermedial art practice shifts between photography, poetry, drawing, graphic design, film, and printmaking, centering on environmental awareness of the body with recurring motifs of animals and plants.
Currently, through a critical eco-feminist lens, she is creating a poetic photo-film, an adaptation of the Aberdeen bestiary, titled Between the Moon and the Willow Tree.
Corwin specializes in portrait and documentary photography, and design consultation for artists and creative institutions. Her work has been published in Bloomberg Businessweek, Outside Magazine, Living Bird Magazine and Vogue.
She received her BFA in Fine Arts from Cornell University, where she studied under photographers Jean Locey, Christine Elfman, and Justine Kurland.
She is completing  her master's in Intermediality: Literature, Film and the Arts in Dialogue at the University of Edinburgh.
Corwin is a member of the Luupe.
An extended version of her portfolio is available upon request and she is open to project inquiries.
